- The strong hybrid will be a game-changer with owners-reported city mileage of 23-25kmpl.
- The suspension has been set to perfection to suit the Indian roads and absorb sharp bumps and potholes with minimal cabin noise.
- It has one of the few SUVs in its category that can be equipped with an All-Wheel Drive (AllGrip) option to enable mild off-roading.
- The high-mounted DRLs and bold front grille gave it a sophisticated, "butch" look, and it looks like more costly SUVs.
- As a Maruti flagship, it enjoys the image of legendary reliability of the brand and extensive network of services.
- Relative to Hyundai Creta - The Grand Vitara has a much more fuel-efficient hybrid system.
- In comparison with Toyota Hyryder - It is basically the same car but with the added advantage of service coverage of Maruti and a few different styling indications.
👎 Things We Don't Like
- The large battery pack in the strong hybrid model occupies a lot of space leaving a shallow boot to store luggage.
- The 1.5L mild hybrid engine can be slow when the car is fully loaded with 5 people and luggage.
- A number of interior switches, as well as the window buttons, are shared with cheaper Marutis variants, which feels less premium.
- The panorama sunroof has a thin fabric shade which may allow some heat to enter the cabin during the hot summer season.
